Cobra Automotive is equipped to handle any type of cosmetic upgrade, from minor repairs to full “rotisserie” restorations. We pride ourselves on world class metal work and glass smooth paint finishes with attention paid to the smallest detail.

For decades, Cobra Automotive has specialized in restoring and vintage racing the ultimate race version of Shelby’s GT350. Ten of the original 36 R-models have been upgraded or restored here with as many as four on the premises at one time.

Our full service shop specializes in 1965 to 1970 Mustangs, Shelby GT350s and GT500s, Ford GT40s, 289 and 427 Shelby Cobras, and vintage competition cars. With over thirty years of experience we have produced many concours correct, award winning restorations as well as outstanding resto-mods and street cars.

We also have the “firepower” to quickly repair and repaint a damaged race car to keep you on the track all season. Transportation services for your car, to and from our shop or track, are available upon request.
